NABTEB May/June 2026 Results Released – How to Check Your Scores

The National Business and Technical Examinations Board (NABTEB) has released the results of the May/June 2026 National Business Certificate (NBC) and National Technical Certificate (NTC) examinations. Candidates who sat for the exams can now check their results online. According to a statement from the board, a total of 87,000 candidates registered for the exams, with 73,200 sitting. Out of those who sat, 58,400 candidates obtained five credits and above, including English and Mathematics, representing a 79.8 percent pass rate. This is an improvement from the 2025 figure of 76.2 percent.

Candidates can check their results by visiting the NABTEB portal at www.nabteb.gov.ng. You will need your examination number and the scratch card purchased during registration. The board has advised candidates to print their result slips immediately and keep multiple copies. NABTEB also announced that the November/December 2026 Advanced Level (ANBC/ANTC) registration will commence on 1 September 2026. Candidates who need A-Level certificates for direct entry admission should begin gathering their documents.

The board urged institutions and employers to verify NABTEB certificates online using the e-Verify portal to combat forgery. Any candidate with complaints about missing results or errors can lodge a formal request on the portal before 30 August 2026.
